Can I get a same-day appointment?
At Advanced Cardiovascular Care, we try to accommodate our patients within 24 hours keeping in mind of how urgent your needs may be. We also have four locations which makes scheduling patients in a timely manner so much easier. Please ask one of our well informed staff members to help you or your loved one, so that they may be accommodated on the schedule in a timely manner.
How do I get set up with an Appointment?
You can call (937) 979 1038 during normal business hours or fax over a completed New Patient form to (937) 979 1037 to get the process started. A member from our team will reach out to you within the next 24 hours of receiving your application.
Will my insurance cover my visit?
At Advanced Cardiovascular Care, we accept all insurances with the exception of Paramount, Medigold and Gateway. If this was not reviewed at the time of making the appointment over the phone, it will be addressed again at the time of check in. Our billing staff is adept in reviewing insurance packages and sorting through what sometimes may become a 'nightmare,' since patients usually are the last to find out that their insurance changes.
Do you offer financing options?
We do offer a payment plan to provide some financial relief besides providing extremely competitive self pay rates. These payment plans allow you to pay half of the amount upfront and the remainder of the balance over two more payments usually a month apart.
